The only correlation that I can think of would be the ignition switch, but I would think that it would affect the tach as well....Hmmmm. VSS, clockspring, wheel speed sensor, ect don't match those symptoms, either. I think that you'll end up having to have a scanner connected when the engine is cold and watch live data as it warms. Hopefully, one of the other guys may have some suggestions? I only see power coming in to it on the Air Bag fuse and the Instrument Panel fuse. I don't see any relays in the circuit. If the fuses prove good, you will need a scan tool to read the trouble codes from the DERM.
