I heard that the fault code on this car can be read using the green and red lights. Does anyone know how to trgger this without a code reader? My check engine light is on so I want to try and diagnose it that way.

i never heard of this kind of testing..is this like obd1 but for import cars?

It is OBD1 and it just happens to be the way this manufacturer has provided to access codes on this make and year.
