wiper fault on citroen c2 vtr

hi .i have a 2003 citroen c2 vtr. the wipers just stopped working. and the led display in centre od dash started flashing. if i remove a fuse the wipers go on intermittent wipe and the side lights come on. i have replaced the fuse box on suggestion from a friend but no joy. please can anyone help. many thx Michael

Sorry that car isn't sold here in the states and this is a forum based in the states. Don't have access to wiring diagrams.
Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
