92,000 Km
I started my truck and it ran for 2 seconds then died. Now I have lost radio, glow plugs, windows and a number of other things. I sent the computer to Detroit and it just came back as being ok. I have also replaced the relays on the fender on the drivers sid wheel well. what have I cooked, and where do I find it

? 1993 with just 92,000 Km! Is that much known correct?

Basics with this as anything that just goes all dead is what you've described: Begin knowing battery is good and tested or charged better both. Clean connections both ends of both cables and if two batteries in this know they should match.

So far you are all over the place or didn't day. Just a voltmeter and test light needed. Where does the battery positive power drop out? just follow it and also use test light or voltmeter (just these for now are dirt cheap to find this) backwards to watch where and if battery negative drops out. That's key with age especially as there are grounds first to engine blocks (this is universal) then again back to body and frame and again to anything needing more or an extra use braided straps to ground individual items throughout the vehicle/truck in this case.
I wouldn't go on to blame anything yet until you know power and ground are available and working properly on known battery power which you've pretty much said is lost,

how comfortable are you working with wiring diagrams, test lamps, DVOM's ?
Did you check all fuses, relays, and fusible links ?
