rear wriper motor not working Sign In

2006 mazda tribute 2.3L new rear wiper motor installed today. I can work and are very auto wise but some of this stuff doesn't make sence. Fuse is fine just won't come on.

check fuse - use a test light do NOT just look at it.
check relay - does it CLICK when wiper selected? maybe swap with a like relay for test.

Test light will be you best friend. How does power and ground get to this motor? Motor and powered things on moving parts such that this must be can either use a clever wiring harness or sometimes just contacts for when it is closed. Either method can have problems with wires that bend all the time for a door, hatch or gate or the contacts but should show power and ground on the fixed side just not making it thru,
