no turn signals are A/C

I have a 1993 ford explorer, and all of the sudden the turn signals and the a/c goes out, i have tried everything every time i put a fuse it immediatly blows. iam confused i have taken everything apart to no avail ,ready to roll windows down and use hand signals

you've got a short to ground somewhere, maybe. which fuse did you replace? good chance the signal circuit and a/c circuit are touching somewhere.
