When I try to start it nothing happens only the fuel pump comes on. Just a test light test. If so give starter a love tap and see if it snaps to working. Otherwise inconclusive and find out why starter isn't being triggered - any theft controls? Make sure it's not alarmed not to run if so. Is new battery charged and ready to go or just another battery? Does it have an aftermarket alarm system? Do the warning indicators prove out? Headlamps work?
