ok...no alarm system ever in vehicle headlights are flashing at a intermitten time (no short )..timed flash
what the heck is going on 95 doge neon 2.0l sohc a/c. help could this be the onboard computer having a fit??? but why the headlights ...unless this is the manufacturers way of telling you there is a problem.

Headlights use a fair amount of current. If they don't have a good ground that could do that but other problems would be showing up too. Engine to body ground must be intact,
