Hi guys this is my friend's 04 civic one head light bulb keeps blowing, the fuse is fine, and it doesn't blow what could cause this thank you.

Can that one get wet? That would do it. There's a chance you just have run upon a bad batch of bulbs. I have.
Try another set of them and keep the good one is what I'd do. Most bulbs blow from use and time, some can go fast if voltage is too high but you'd have other problems too all over if so,
That leaves wet bulb or never have but says on all of them don't touch the bulb with your hands, use paper to touch the glass as any oil on you hands can burn it,
