electrical trouble

1999 chev.p series chasis electrical issues.
I have 3 dead fuse slots in my fuse block. Turn signals,biower motor,and auxilary heater are involved. First I checked the fuses then the fuseblock . Some had power some not. I turned the key to run and got the same results. The next thing I checked were the fusable links below the splice leading to the bulkhead . All 5 had power.
I am wondering what to try next?
