once or twice now car was slow cranking battery was very old .put in new battery everythig was good for a few months. same problem slow cranking then a few days later dead battery. battery is not even a year old . I thought maybe since alt is origanal I'LL put in a rebuilt one. (maybe diode is failing) when I went to connect battery cable I noticed switch lights (window, door locks.dash light switches) were on yet light switch was off, car does have auto light function .even with head light switch disconnected switch lights don't go off . maybe a relay or switch in auto light circut ? where can I get a good print and device location (relays, light sencers, light amp mod excetera)

That car has a Lighting Control module. You will need a professional scan tool to be able to diagnose this.

To do either of those things you will need a professional level scan tool. They start at about $5,000 so you will likely need to have a shop do it for you.
