car won't turn over. Sign In

I really am not sure anymore what to do but heres the problem. I have a 1995 nissan altima GXE. About 3 weeks ago the alarm crapped out on it and I had to disable it to get the car started. Well the same thing is happening again. I think its the alarm because when I try to engage the ignition it clicks and then the hazzard lights start blinking and the dashboard does also. Well I removed the alarm and all I'm getting now is a clicking around the fuses.
This happend when my starter went out.
I was curious if anyone thought that it might be the starter or if there is something i need to plug it from the alarm or something else i need to get taken out.

The alarm had a plug w/ about 10 wires connected to it going into one side and then a blue and green wire going out of the side of it. It was a hornet alarm.

if anyone can be of any help please hit me back on here or email me at surfzz318@yahoo.com

I had a similar problem where the alarm kept going off. Then once it was disabled it won't allow the car to start (due to the fact it thought it was being stolen) Maybe disconnet the alarm from the car and see if it turns over from there.
