My 1999 Ford Explorer won't start. The battery was tested fine. I can get the stereo, windows, doors, headlights, etc, to work, but when i try to start the car, all these things go dead. Is it a bad starter?

More likely a bad connection. Check both ends of pos and neg from battery and I bet you'll find it, T
