So a previous owner of the car replaced the stock turn signals with LED, and I've noticed that the turn signals go way too fast.
The brake warning light is also on, the fluid is good and brake pads are also good. The brakes feel good, is it possible that whatever they may have done with the lights may have something to do with that?
I should mention that when I press my brakes the orange lights on the inside of yhe headlights(not the turn signals on the outside) light up. Even when the lights are turned off.
I have minimal electrical knowledge.

Unless a specific reason for brightness and well thought out I would put OE bulbs back if that's all that was changed.
Can't know all features of everything but know that sensing brake lights will shut down cruise controls, signals shifter you can shift out of park position and maybe more.
Warning lights are frequently icons and should know what it is telling you. Amber is usually a non emergency but still find out and fix it. ABS, traction controls etc. Might (not sure) even be a reminder thinking directionals are still on or on too long?
Serious warnings are usually RED you should see using parking brake the common brake warning in RED. Blinking warnings mean right now to pay attention,

I will try to get OEM turn signals back in.
It is solid red brake warning light. It will turn off once or twice a month for maybe a day at most which is why I thought it may have been brake fluid.
The only issue I know with the car is the spider gears in rear differential are a bit worn and need replaced.
I'll do some work on it and return with what I find out and possibly more questions.

Still thinking on this too. Does "P" in P71 mean this was or has the Police package? Lighting would be different.
Check the sockets at well for condition and that they match the bulbs. A front light staying on when a brake isn't applied suggests power from a rear socket or thru a bulb is getting into another circuit. Why intermittent I can't say.
RED - OK. Super general RED brake warnings include, low fluid level (you checked that) parking brake isn't fully off or on and an imbalance of pressure noted which also happens if a leak, dragging brake could or imbalance for any reason. If wires crossed up you could have incorrect information being sent.
Could be hard to tell now but if fluid was or is contaminated with an oil the cap to fill reservoir would usually be swollen and all bets off on how much of what type of damage has occurred throughout the system.
Try with a cloth or something to see if a sample of brake fluid from reservoir rinses off with plain water - it should. If not at all that's a warning or possibly someone added DOT 5 (a Silicone brake fluid) to it and could be required for this if Police version and say so at filler cap.
Try to find out if any of that is involved.
Spider gears worn? Not sure that's part of the lighting problem just yet or at all,

Yes it's a retired police interceptor. I've got the weekend off so I will be checking this stuff out over the weekend. Thanks for the replies.

Is this the same car that had that strange drain adapter on the fuel tank that was leaking?
LEDs will use a lot less current than your standard incandescent turn signal bulb. The less amount of current may the lighting control module to flash the lamps in bulb malfunction mode.
Parking brake switch that is stuck on, shorted brake light circuit, low fluid level in the master, or faulty brake fluid level switch can cause the red brake warning light to stay on.
