Turn them on then listen and feel for it. Does both turn signals and hazards lights. It's still likely there's a bulb issue drawing more or less power to the side that's not behaving even if bulbs light I'd look right at them and the sockets. Your call to toss them all about now with proper bulb grease for sockets. Flasher should look like this - maybe.............. That function is controlled by the lighting control module. Flashing fast usually means a bulb is out. There are two left rear turn signal bulbs in the rear and one in the front.
