The Vehicle will not start and no electrical component is functional. There are no lights and no switches function. I've replaced the battery and had the alternator tested. The Car will not jump, and with the charger attached still no electrical. I've even tried removing the alternator & battery and connecting the baattery cables to the charger. Still no power. Check them with a test light.
