Right Blinker Off - Bulb replaced issue continues Sign In

Good day fellow carjunkies and thank you in advance for your help:

-FORD Explorer Sport 4WD
-2001
-V6 - 4.0L

ISSUE: Right rear blinker is off so right front will blink twice as fast. This happens intermittently. All other blinkers on the left side are working properly. The right rear bulb has been replaced new.

The issue continues after replacing the bulb as mentioned above my questions are the following:
-Should I replace the blinker relay?
-Should I replace the socket of the right rear blinker?
-Should I do something else?

You really should be testing things not throwing parts at it. You need to first verify power and ground arriving at the socket. I'm betting the issue is with the socked. Definitely not the flasher.

I appreciate the reply Hammer Time.

UPDATE: I switched the rear socket/bulb combos from left to right, the issue continues on the original side (in other words its not the socket or bulb).

Also additionally found out that the front left blinker does not turn on when turning the Fog Light feature for some reason, other than that it works fine (blinker, emergency flashers)
Focusing on the original issue (rear right blinker wont turn on. intermittent problem) having in mind its not the bulb nor socket what could be a good next step?
Thank you in advance to anyone that might reply.-
