My rear hatch isn’t working all the way
I can open it up from the button on the over head, but it won’t close
Once it’s open the rear button will not close it
It wasn’t working, then it worked for one day, not it don’t work again

You're going to have to realize you have a high tech vehicle and it requires some high tech equipment to diagnose these systems.
You will need a high end, bidirectional scan tool to access the Body Control Module.
