Power windows, radio, and cig lighter not working

Alright, those three things are not working. I dont know how the radio or cigarette broke, but i can tell you that it has once started working slightly for a brief period of time. However, the windows stopped working when i decided to use all 4 power windows to go up at the same time. they slowly stopped working, sort of gradually slowed down and then didnt work the next time i went to use them. Now, the power locks on the passenger side works, but not the windows, and nothing works at all on the drivers side.
I havnt done much of anything with the radio, but with the windows i replaces the entire interface on the drivers side and it didnt work. i also replaced the fuse under the steering wheel thats hidden behind the lower AC exhaust.
I have an idea of what to do with the radio, just check the connections behind it, but id liek to make sure.
