My sister has a 2001 ford taurus and her power locks dont work. The only one that works is the driver side. i can hear the they try to unlock when i push the button in and outside the car. I hear them try to open, but they dont. Same goes for trying to lock them, the trunk does work. Any idea what might be the problem?

Try to work the lock rods by hand a few times to see if it will start working properly. If it does, you need to remove all the door panels and lubricate the motor actuator rods. If it does not have any affect working the rods, look closely at the main window switch to see f maybe some coffee or soda may have been spilled in there and not allowing a really good connection under the switch.
