Mercedez radio malfunction

Hello I have a 2012 CLS 550. It’s radio doesn’t produce any sound but rest of the controls work fine. Recently my battery drained and I had to jump start the car. When I tried to start the car (before jumping) it’s radio sound came back until I had to restart the car at which point I lost the sound again. Every time I didn’t have enough juice to start the car the radio turned on. Any ideas what the problem might be? Assuming something with power distribution to the amp?

The first thing to do is test all fuses using a test light with the key on.
The car likely has an external amplifier that is not working for one reason or another.
