Lights Seat Ibiza 2011

I purchased a 2011 seat Ibiza with 75000 miles 4 months ago. It is just back from the garage after having a glow plug and two sensors replaced after the glow plug orange light and the orange engine management lights were on on the dash. Took car to local mechanic.
Now I having a problem with the lights! 
When the car is turned on there are no warning lights on the dash. When the left indicator is put on the indicator makes the noise that lets you know a bulb is gone and also the orange bulb light on the dash comes on and the fog light on the dash flashes also.
When the indicator is turned off the fog light indicator on the dash goes off but the orange bulb light stays on until the car is turned off.
This does not happen when the right indicator is turned on.
I have checked all the lights and they are working!
I was just wondering if anyone has any idea as to why this may be happening?
Would it be any use taking the car to the seat garage and getting it hooked up to the computer. Seat garage is 70 miles away!
Any ideas of how much this would cost.
Any opinions/ideas would be very much appreciated!

This just happenend with taking it to local garage then take it back! Why is this even a question?
