There is an antenna module under the dash pad that could have failed but you are going to need dealer level equipment to find out. I seriously doubt that 2 transmitters failed at the same time so they are unlikely the issue. The Body control module plays a big part in this system also. If there is an issue there it could get pretty expensive as the transmitters cannot be programmed a second time and would have to be replaced along with whichever component failed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
