I just had a tune up and now I am hearing ignition noise on AM and some of the FM band. Is there a quick fix?

If that happened instantly after a tune up you should bring that up with the place that did the work. It's likely if so that the parts used are bad, not to spec, or improperly intalled, T

First you said you "just" had a tune up and now it's a while ago. How the heck do you think anyone could guess??
The question is............. When did the problem happen?
Right away or "a while ago" ???? If you think something about the tune up is the reason the answer to that is imperitive.
Or are you one who wants to blame everything that could ever happen to the last person who so much as washed your windshield? T

The blame should be on whomever caused the problem. I think the real issue is what is causing the noise. The problem started just after I had the tune up. The tune up was 6 months ago.

OK -- Sorry if I sounded harsh. The items that are involved with a tune up would be the plugs, wires, and maybe cap and rotor along with perhaps other parts not able to cause this.
If the place replaced the plug wires they are suspect the most of the parts that are possible. They used to sell and probably still do "non resistor" wires for that but that would be unusual today.
A test would be to use the radio without the engine running which should rule out the radio system itself. There may be a resistor to fix this put in line on coil wire.
