Brake Lights & Cruise Not Working

2002 Chevy Venture Van
Rear brake lights not working. Upper is fine. Cruise control not working. Connected problem??
I checked fuses - Seem to be ok.
I replaced the dual plug brake switch thingy. Np change.
Next?

Check fuses with a test light. It's rare but they can be bad and look good, T
