Blower Motor Wires-HELP Sign In

I have a 2000 Towncar Lincoln Executive Series-the motor blower stopped working. Where can I get just get the WIRE COUPLING that comes off the blower motor? I ask because the wires are completely burnt out and I believe thats the main issue. Auto advanced had no idea what I was talking about, then said they don't sell that. Any HELP would be greatly appreciated!

It's called the pigtail for the blower motor and it should be readily available at most auto parts stores.

One other piece of advice here ..................................
The reason this happened in the first place is because the blower motor is worn out and drawing too much current. The other issue will be that the heat damage will also be on the wiring inside the motor so for both reasons, you need to change the blower motor along with the pigtail.

Make sure you get the wires right and don't let them get switched as it will cause the motor to run backwards.

You'll still need the pigtail if the contacts are burnt.
