Besides it not starting Laugh

a friend, who doesn't know about cars told me this panel icons lit up when his starter went.

My starter has been hesitating for a while, sometimes it takes 2 clicks, sometimes I have to use a jump starter, today was the first time it would not start at all. Charged the battery just in case, after 10 tries it started. I hope I can drive myself to a party tomorrow and get it fixed Tuesday.

Can any problems happen by leaving the car running with a steering wheel lock and the doors locked while at the party? It's in a nice area anyway and someone will be parked behind me, so it won't get stolen.

How about getting a ride to the party. You wouldn't have to leave your car running in a parking lot or drive way and you'd have a designated driver. You could leave your vehicle running if you like wasting fuel, but hopefully it doesn't overheat for some reason while your partying.

Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
