The problem is, and it has happened every once in a blue moon, but after driving and turning off the car, if I flip back to accessory mode (counterclockwise turn on the ignition) and have the radio on (even for just a few seconds), then try to re-start the car, it will not even turn over. Then sometimes even a few seconds later when I try to start it, it starts just fine.

Now all I have used in "accessory" mode is the radio. The battery is fully charged, lights are bright, etc. but I can not start the car. Now there is a sound, my dad thinks the sound is that of the relay working, but nothing happens after that. Here is a link a video with the sound in it.

Any help is much appreciated,

Thanks,

Have the battery tested first.

You seem to get "nothing" after this to the starter trigger wire. Proper lights seem to be on that you are asking for starter and get nothing so check on that. Certainly checking that battery is in good shape will only help rule that out but first guess is the ignition switch isn't liking switching from acc mode to start mode and no clear reason why.

If battery was drained enough certain lights would go dim if starter was really trying and it isn't,

(edit) Are you speaking of a relay like the starter solenoid? Not yet on that if it start up all the time if you don't do this acc thing a lot?
