92 Corolla lights coming on

I have a 92 Toyota Corolla with the 1.8 engine and 5 speed manual transmission. Car is a 4 door with 325000 miles on her with a replacement engine.This morning while driving to work I would see the battery and brake light on dash trying to come on . Didn't matter how fast I was going. I did notice they came on when I was accelerating they would barely come on after I would let off the gas or even the speed out they would go off. If I pulled over and revved the engine up nothing happened. Car had to be in gear and moving hard. Thanks

Start out by testing the charging voltage and see if it is in the correct range.
