I can feel heat at the registers, but no air blows out. Also horn does not work and sometimes it takes a couple key turns to start. runs well otherwise. Do you have a volt meter or 12 volt test lamp and know how to use them? Any trouble stored in the engine computer? If so, what are the numbers? The car is automatic, I'm not sure what you mean by automatic vs manual air conditioning.
