After some U-TOOB university I did the voltage drop test from batt. + to starter terminal and it was only .06 so I guess after 11 years the starter is bad . With the intake plenum off I see in the injector base some crap on some of the valves , do you recommend any cleaning procedures ? I'll get a new set of gaskets for the intake along with the starter , Is there anything else before I button it up ?

They make some strong induction cleaners but the best way to apply them is with a fine mist spray through the throttle body.

I'm replacing the intake gaskets and there's a sensor in the block by the starter , should anything else be done before I button it up ?

It took a few days for the honda dealer to get the starter , I didn't want something that would quit anytime soon . Put it in and it fired right up all good for now thanks ,, the battery has a 3 year full return on it no pro rating , ,
