I have a 2005 Ford Freestyle. The turn signals make a fast noise, like a short; but do not blink. The brake lights and hazard lights are out, too. I replaced the tail/brake/turn signal lamp and this didn't help. Any suggestions? Thanks

What do the hazard lights do? If it is in the steering column, work the flasher button a few times. Let us know. A lot of times the turn signal switch will cause these problems.

The hazard lights display on the instrument panel and are audible, but no display in the back

If you have replaced the bulbs, all that is left is the turn signal switch or what they call a smart junction box low current board. All the lighting runs through this junction box.
