The turn signals make a fast noise, like a short; but do not blink. The brake lights and hazard lights are out, too. I replaced the tail/brake/turn signal lamp and this didn't help. Any suggestions? If it is in the steering column, work the flasher button a few times. Let us know. A lot of times the turn signal switch will cause these problems. All the lighting runs through this junction box.
