2003 Golf tdi 2.0L power window problem

I am looking to buy this vehicle but none of the power windows work.Is there a central control box or relay for those?

Each door has a control module that controls the power window motor for that door. The modules communicate with each other over a data bus, so you can operate all the windows from the master switch. Your going to have to do some electrical checks to see what is going on. You might also need a high end scan tool to interface the door modules to see if they are getting the correct inputs from the door switches.
Suggest that you take that vehicle in to be inspected by a reputable repair shop before buying it. They can check the entire vehicle over to make sure your not buying someone's money pit.
