hello i just recently bought a 99 burb. and the rear ac/heat wont work. none of the switched do anything. and the dome lights dont work at all. like no lights work inside the vehicle other than the dash lights and radio lights. is there a connection between the air and lights? also the front blower wont work on 5. if that helps. thanks in advance.

You have a whole series of electrical issues that will need to be tackled one at a time by someone that understands electrical circuits. One thing you could do yourself is check all the bulbs and fuses. Use a test light on the fuses and check every one. The front blower speed problem could be a bad relay of blown 50amp fuse.
