Tried to fix your post Marilou it all was in a subject line not in content is incomplete.
Barely matter you have an "All Crank, No Start" situation and don't know your own anti-theft set up how to override it so need in person help. It would matter if an aftermarket set up or some factory something with a unique way to this car to deal with.

Try this now if nothing else: Just use the unlock on the fob a couple times if need be. Try only quickly for a start. If not try the manual door locks to unlock and try to start it again. If not it's destined to be towed to a place you choose for professional help or if you or anyone you know can follow all this to the letter is here at this site what to do with problems like that...……………..

That's what it takes with this problem at least,

Tom
(edit) I'll add if you have another fob known to work also try that one! There's quite a few things to try before giving up that you should know if you own this car....

This is most likely the immobilizer locking you out because it does not recognize the key. This could be a bad key or another electronic problem in the immobilizer system.

If you have a different key, try that. Otherwise you will need some professional equipment to read the fault from the BCM.
