Sign In My girlfriends '96 Honda Civic dash lights wont turn on at all. I know that it has to be a blown fuse, but my main problem is locating the fuse panel. I don't really mind it during the day, but at night it bothers the hell out of me because she cant see how fast she is going or anything and she's not safe. I know what to do, I just want to make sure I'm doing things right.... Sign In  The location of the fuse panel is what I was confused about.
