I have a 1996 Chevy S10 Blazer, the 4.3 V6. We came around a corner and the vehicle shut off, also had a little bit of smoke come from the horn area. The vehicle started right back up, we got it home and my husband located the wire that was the smoking issue, fixed it and got it up out of the way so this couldn't happen again. Well, now we have no power windows, no dome lights, no stereo, no A/C or heater blower, no windshield wipers, no cruise control and the brake light AND the ABS lights are both on now. None of these things were an issue before this happened, the brakes are fine. We're having problems figuring out what all of these things that are out have in common. We've tried Relays, ignition wiring harness and checked all fuses. What is the issue?!

Check all the fusible links at the starter.
