After several failed attempts I let it sit for about 15 min. When I turned on the key all power was gone. No horn, no lights, nothing. Fuses look good. Now when I put the battery back I have power, when I turn the key to start it I can hear a click or a spark sound, then no power again until I disconnect and reconnect the battery. It then resets and it happens again.
