1995 buick park avenue battery light stays on on	Sign In

my buick dash battery light will not go out it has voltage gauge plus red light for battery, replaced alternator,battery,and drive belt today. voltage gauge is reading normal but light will not go out please help driving me crazy also i made sure and had part store test alternator and it passed all three tests

Check the fuses........Possibly could be a blown fuse.
Possibly could be fuse #6...or #5..but check 'em all..

Check with an external voltage meter as well.

which fuse box one on drivers side or the one thats hard to get to that says in owners manual take to dealer if you need to access this fuse panel

I'm not 100 % on the location of the fuse box where this fuse is..but probably check the one thats accessable...probably will be in there...

There are on some models at least 2 fuse boxes and more that that on some cars...
Check the one on the drivers side ,under dash?
Check underhood for one as well....
Because there is a fuse for the alternator indicator light...or should be...
