1995 Accord Dash Lights

The lights that illuminate the tach and speedometer seem to have burned out on my '95 Honda Accord. The backlights are still there, but the needles are not illuminated anymore if that makes any sense. I've looked, but don't see any way to change these and they aren't listed in the owners manual. Does anyone have the procedure for changing these lights?

If they all went at once the problem is probably elswhere. If you can reach up most bulbs are twist and turn but a big WARNING is you should have an air bag that can kill you and don't mess with wiring that you are NOT sure of.
Some times you need to remove the dash for bulbs and if so do them all! T
