So, it doesn't really matter if there are no Skyline experts here, as I'm fairly certain this is a general automotive issue, because I'm sure JDM cars don't get a lot of attention here. Information so far;

1992 R32 Skyline GTS-T, RB25DET using it's original ECU, and an RB20DET Engine harness.
Previously 2.0L Inline-6 Turbocharged, swapped over to a 2.5L Turbocharged RB25DET.
The RB25DET came out of a newer-model R33 Skyline GTS-T, and there was a small amount of fabrication to get the different generation engine to mount in the older chassis, but that was only using the RB20DET engine electrical harness, with the side-feed injector plugs swapped with the top-feed injector plugs on the RB25 harness. The rest of the engine harness has been completely untouched, and the interior dash harness has also been completely untouched. Here in lies the problem, I have the brunt of my electrical power. I have power to the coil packs, getting spark, I have power to the headlights, and I have power to the radio, but everything else electrical is dead in the water. None of it has worked since the engine swap, and I have never encountered this issue before. Knowing the engine was completely removed from the bay, everything externally was obviously disconnected, so my fault has to lie somewhere in there.

I have no power to;
Power Windows
gauge cluster (save for speedometer, mechanical)
interior lights
a/c or heat
running tail-lights
brake lights
turn signals

I haven't tried anything remedial so far save for a new battery as mine was rotting out, because I have never had an electrical failure on so many things at once, therefore, I have no idea where to start.

You lost a major power feed somewhere. Look for all the fusible links for one that is not connected or burnt out.
