My 1990 Honda Accord EX 5SP is having problems firing. I am trying to troubleshoot by eliminating things. I have replaced the alternator and that was not the problem. It is trying to turn over but does not fire. I was checking the sparkplugs and found there is oil all over them. Is that normal for this kind of car?
I'm not too familiar with working on Honda Accords... Any help or input will be appreciated. Thanks... Crazy

What part of the spark plugs have oil on them? Is it on the outside of the plug where the plug wire connects or the electrodes themselves?

There is oil on both... the electrodes and inside the boots . . .

Thanks for your help.
