1990 Cadillac Deville Computer problem "c" error

I have a 1990 Cadillac Deville 4dr, V8.
About 3 weeks ago, the computer started going off and on. Both the fuel mgmnt one and the climate control computer.
There would be just a "c" displayed on each side and the check engine light would come on. Then the computer would come back a few minutes later. When it would go off, the blower would still blow air.
Then 2 days ago, it went off for good, the "c" still there. I can't see how much gas I have and I can't adjust the heat/ac. It just blows cold air all the time.
Does anyone know what this problem might be?
