Did you check for power in the sockets and both sides of the fuses using a multimeter or 12 volt test lamp?

In the instrument panel two of the fuses are the AUX PWR 20A and the AUX PWR 2 20A. The lighter fuse is LTR fuse 20 A in the under hood junction block. You got to have power on both sides of the fuse when you test it with your meter or light.

There is no relay for the lighter or aux outlets.

Forever outside the box: There should be a fuse inside the plug to that compressor! Does it work in a known working power port?

Certainly know that port has both power and ground and fuse for it/them are good as well. I find more bull with dang ports not getting a good connection most common. Two type of same size, one is or could be a real cig lighter and others are just power ports. The cig lighter as a power port just lacks by nature as a port for powering things if only the sides are also to let heat out and make possible for a light to see inside it - stinks,
