10A fuse keeps blowing

I have a 1992 Nissan D21 pickup. It's a V6 with over 200k The 10A fuse miles on it. The 10A fuse marked meter blew out so I changed it. Whenever I put the car into drive it blows out. It does not blow out when in park, reverse, or neutral. I put a higher rated fuse in and it will last for about a day and a half before it blows. I do not know what the problem is or where to start.

Higher rated fuse?............... dumb idea.
I can't find a clear identification on fuse names but here is the wiring diagram for the fuse box
