I cant get it to the shop for another week so how long can I leave the battery as is? Please help?? Not sure what you mean by leave the battery as is. If you mean disconnected for a week it should be fine when you go to reconnect it unless the battery is weak. Make sure your battery tests good and has a full charge, so your alternator doesn't overload. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
