06 Murano weird ringing noise from fuse box

Hi everyone. I have a 2006 Murano that has recently been making a loud ringing noise continuously. Imagine what tinnitus sounds like, but it isn't just you.
After some Google fu, I read it was most likely the sensor for keyless entry, which I don't have anymore and don't want to get. So, I went in the fuse box and took that one out. The noise immediately stopped. Yay!
So did my ability to adjust the seat or see the blinker lights on the control panel.
I just popped a new fuse back in a few minutes ago (10A, same as the one I took out and the majority of the others), and the ringing noise came back. In fact, the new fuse made it louder.
I have a short video of it, but don't know how to post videos here, and also don't want to give you guys an aneurysm as well.
What's going on here? How do I get it to shut up while still keeping the ability to adjust my seat and have blinker indicators?

You need to post a picture of whatever you pulled out.
It may be a relay that you can replace.
