02 Silverado torn up wiring harness

I had a left front tire blow out on my 02 Chevy Silverado Z71. Before I could get it off the road safely it had taken the inner fender and about half the wiring harness out. What would be the best way to repair the wiring? It's a real rats nest now.

Go to the dealer and buy a new harness.
