WOW! This went totally wrong. Have to suggest that you disconnect negative battery connection now. Seems there's no telling what wiring went where or other damage done, probably lots, T

Sounds like you still have wires connected wrong or not at all. Double check the battery cables are connected correctly, especially all the negative cables. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

where were you getting shovked- turning key? leaning on frnder? vehicle wont start - is the CEL ck eng light on? The radio resets - did you check fuse for memory? Sorry cannot remember the GM term (IOD) When you worked on vehocle head- where was key? did you start with step 1 remove - cable? THese questions might help us understand issue better

Hay kev2, I got shocked when I pushed the odometer reset peg and right when it shocked me (as it was shocking me) my truck died while driving. When I went to turn the key to restart it I got shocked again by the ignition tumbler where you insert your key

The truck starts and seems to run just fine. There is no check engineer light on either. And yes I did disconnect the battery cables before starting the head gaskets repair a week and a half or so ago (when I got shocked n it killed the truck was 3 days ago) when I first started the truck when I was done with the head gaskets my truck radio would shut off when I bit any buttons like rear defrost or AC. But then it stopped. The amp guagesits a little higher Thanx normal all the time and doesn't drop back to normal at all.
