hello,
I have a am-fm-cassette in my classic car.
The left Knob is a long multi-function switcher that controls:
ON-OFF,
VOLUME,
BASS,
TREBLE,
tuner SCAN in radio-mode when the ON-OFF/VOLUME
outer knob is pushed in momentarily,
cassette PROGRAM in cassette mode (tape direction for auto reverse) when the same knob is pushed in momentarily.
Everything works correctly except the cassette PROGRAM push-in when in cassette mode, though the auto reverse works if the tape is allowed to reach the end of the tape, it changes automatically fine.
But not manually.
I am handy opening up car stereos and replacing bulbs or LEDs, or adjusting the cassette head and things like that, but this one has me puzzled.
Any ideas?
